No, I do not have a Windows Picture Viewer folder, which is very odd. It does show Windows Picture viewer as the default viewer. Nothing shows up in Event Viewer with warnings or errors. I tried to view the picture in safe mode, but safe mode does not allow viewing of jpgs, in safe mode, with Windows Picture Viewer! How stupid.

My customer uses Windows Security Essentials, and there is not an option to close out of it. I guess its possible that it may be an Anti-virus program holding things up. You may not have to do that for the two files that will register, depending on where you prefer to enter the path.
